HOW MUCH MONEY IS NEEDED TO ORDER?
The deposit is ONLY $60.00 for Ultrium and non gold styles and $100.00 for 10k and 14k Gold.

HOW DO I PAY OFF THE BALANCE ON MY RING?
There are many ways you can make payments. You can make payments online at any time or you can use our easy payment coupons and mail in payment to our office. All rings must be paid in full by the delivery date.

HOW MUCH WILL MY CLASS RING COST?
Class ring prices are listed on the enclosed easy to read price list. Simply select the style class ring you want in 14K gold, 10K gold, or Ultrium. Karat Gold rings are available in Yellow or White Gold.

WHAT IF MY FINGER GROWS?
Resizing your class ring is done free of charge. Your Lifetime Warranty will cover re-sizing at any time.

WHAT IF I MOVE TO ANOTHER SCHOOL OR MY GRADUATION YEAR DATE CHANGES?
Herff Jones will make you a new ring, at no charge, in exchange for your original ring.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY CLASS RING OR IT IS STOLEN?
Herff Jones is the only company that has a replacement policy called CUSTOMER SATISFACTION PROGRAM. The CSP Plan is available to you at no additional cost at the time you place your order. If your ring is lost or stolen within six years from the date of purchase, you have the opportunity to receive a duplicate ring for a nominal fee based on ring quality.

HOW WILL I DETERMINE MY RING SIZE?
We will size you when you place your order. Your ring should be slightly “snug” as it passes over the knuckle. Do not allow for growth; remember your Lifetime Warranty will cover re-sizing at any time.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO MAKE A CHANGE ON MY RING AFTER I HAVE PLACED THE ORDER?
All changes must be made within 72 hours of the order date. You must email change@hjbroward.com to make any changes. All cancellations must be made within 72 hours as well or you will forfeit your deposit and you will have to return the promotional item given to you.
