FAQ - Refunds & Exchanges

REFUND POLICY
All Graduation Announcement and Senior Accessory Item orders are nonrefundable.  Students who ordered a cap & gown unit and do not graduate will receive a refund. This refund is the price of the cap & gown minus any late fee and a restocking fee.  Students who ordered a cap and gown and did graduate but do not attend their ceremony will not receive a refund.  However, they are entitled to their cap, tassel and medallion.  ALL CAP/GOWN REFUND REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN AUGUST 17, 2017. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE.

UNDELIVERABLE MERCHANDISE
Undelivered merchandise ordered online, through our office, or at school will be held in our office for a maximum period of 14 days past graduation and MUST be picked up in our DAVIE office during that time frame.  Unclaimed merchandise will not be eligible for a refund.  Herff Jones assumes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
